I signed up for a trial membership but still see charges on my credit card statement. Why?

Trial memberships are offered at the site, however they automatically become monthly memberships after the trial period has passed, unless otherwise cancelled. Additionally, some banking institutions and credit card companies set up pre-authorized payments for purchases. You will not be charged for this pre-authorized payment if you cancel before the trial period has passed. I know my password is right but I still can’t seem to login! What’s happening?

This happens for a few reasons. First, and most common, is human error. Our username and passwords are all case sensitive and must be entered exactly as they were at the time of sign up. Check your caps lock isn’t accidentally on! You may also be entering through a link and not on the actual portal. Try typing the login address directly into the address bar and attempting to log in again. Lastly, you may have issues with the Temporary Internet Files on your computer. These can cause interruptions in website logins and can be removed from your computer. Delete these by accessing your browser history through the tool bar, deleting files like cookies, temporary internet files, and history files and trying to login again.

I can’t see any videos when I click play. What’s wrong?

If you see a blank or black screen when you try to view a video, this is likely because your computer needs to be updated. Programs like Flash and Windows Media Player must be updated properly in order for videos to render correctly. If you can see a video but it is taking a long time to load, or buffering for a long time, you are likely accessing the site through a slow internet connection. We recommend a cable or dsl connection for videos to play smoothly.
